All information will be kept confidential. By submitting details on the work, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

You agree that submission of the artwork does not guarantee its inclusion in the Living Archive.
2.
You agree that Modern Art and The René Daniëls Foundation do not attribute or authenticate works by the artist, and that inclusion is at their sole discretion.
3.
You are the owner of the artwork, with sole title to the work, and the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
4.
You agree that the Foundation and Modern Art nor any individual associated with the Living Archive guarantees the correctness of its decision.
5.
You authorise the Foundation and Modern Art to retain and use provided submitted material in connection with the Living Archive.
